I don't quite understand the level of frustration here. I think it's fairly straightforward. Techsoup doesn't really do well with large license purchases over 50. Once you go over the 50 license point, you'll have to buy the software in the guise of a Microsoft Charity License from another vendor that will sell it to you. I guess there needs to be a tutorial?

I don't know if the specific token system that you're recommending is feasible, but kudos to you for coming up with a constructive suggestion. My buddy Taran Rampersad, an eloquent digital divide activist, frequently quotes Michelangelo Buonarroti: "Criticize by creating." I hope that we can all live by those words. You seem to be doing a good job!

Best regards from Deborah

Deborah Elizabeth Finn
Cyber-Yenta
Boston, Massachusetts, USA
http://public.2idi.com/=deborah.elizabeth.finn
http://cyber-yenta.org
