But, if the users are happy, servers are migrated, and you accomplished your goals, it sounds like success to me, and as a bonus, it sounds like there was a lot of learning as well! :) Lemons and lemonade.<br/><br/>As a one person IT shop at a NP also, I find the hardest thing is carving out the large blocks of time needed for technical work and preparation.
